Position Summary
Indiana University Bloomington, the flagship campus of Indiana University and a leading research-intensive institution, is
accepting applications for an outstanding faculty colleague, within its nationally recognized Education Policy & Law program. This will be a
full-time 12-month appointment in the School of Education’s Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. Rank will be determined
by one’s qualifications and experience with an anticipated start date of 08/1/2025. The successful candidate will contribute to the
program’s undergraduate and graduate teaching and service activities and complement the faculty’s existing strengths.

Program Information
Based on IU’s national visibility, the quality and quantity of
education law offerings, and our successful alumni, IU offers one of the top Education Law programs in the country. The Education Policy &
Law program serves undergraduate, certificate, Master’s, doctoral, and law students through its undergraduate minor in Education Policy,
Education Law Certificate, PhD with a specialization in Educational Policy and Law, and partnership with Maurer School of Law. Program
faculty support the Martha McCarthy
Education Law & Policy Institute which provides virtual and in-person events.
