Position
Description
IRECTOR OF PLAYER DEVELOPMENT – This position is reports directly to the Head Coach and will assist in the
following areas:
* Personal Student-Athlete Development
Communication Training/Emphasis
* Coaching & Staff Members
* NCAA Rules
& Compliance
* Professors, Advisors, SU Staff, Athletic Staff, Facilities, Housing, Donors
* Student-Athletes, SU SA, Thor Corp,
Classmates, Managers
Social & Community Training/Monitoring
* Represent SU – Each Other, Team, Staff, Athletics
* Social Media
monitoring
* Alcohol, Drugs & Sexual Assault Education
Student-Athlete Analysis
* Assist in academic monitoring as assigned
*
Assist in player statistical analysis as assigned
* Organize community engagement opportunities
* Special Projects (as
Assigned)

Compensation at a
Glance
Salary Range: $25
Seattle University has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate
of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined
based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity
considerations, and available market information, and not based on a candidate’s gender or any other protected status.
