• Providing insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and enhance the overall effectiveness of the hiring strategy.

• Proven experience as a technology recruiter, with a track record of successfully filling challenging tech positions.
• Strong understanding of the tech landscape, including current trends, tools, and skills in demand.
