Position Summary
DESCRIPTION:
Provides
logistical support to the Registrar’s Office, including managing correspondences and communication for student withdrawals, transcript
requests, verifying student records, graduation applications, grade changes, student contact information, and assists with catalog updates.
Manages and updates files, reports, and permanent student files. Provides support for transcript and transfer records keeping. Assist with
coordinating meetings/special events and provide support for campus/office events. Monitor and respond to inquiries within multiple office
email aliases, including assisting with troubleshooting issues. Assist with design and updating of the Office websites, announcements, print
and digital publications. Manage special projects as assigned. Collaborates within and outside the office to assure that the office is
responsive to the needs and policies of the academic community.
