Schedule:   PRN Shift : Days Location:  7700 S BROADWAY, Littleton, 80122   The role you’ll contribute:  The Administrative Radiology Facilitator II (RF II), reporting to the Office Supervisor, utilizes administrative skills to provide credentialing, compliance, and administrative support to the Radiologists.   This position provides direct support to the Section Chiefs and is responsible for the administrative duties for the entire section. This position will assist the Radiologists as well as referring physicians and clinical staff. Provides professional customer service in person as well as over the phone.   The value you’ll bring to the team:  Assists in coordinating exams once they reach Picture Archiving Communication Systems (PACS) by ensuring a timely reading and report delivery to ordering and preferring physicians. Demonstrates understanding of all pertinent procedures and policies particularly AdventHealth’s Hospital, Incident, Command, System (HICS) policy, HIPAA regulations, the physician-to? Physician communication policy along with the over-read and one off read procedures. Appropriately uses Radiologist’s schedule and worklist rotations to facilitate processes. Attend department meetings and promotes positive dialogue with respect to department objectives. Provides direct administrative support to Section Chief(s). Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: High school graduate or equivalent Experience with computer and medical software applications 6 months experience as Radiology Facilitator I or equivalent experience Basic Life Support Certification from American Heart Association This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
