SUMMARY:
The Head Coach leads and maintains an effective Division III sports program through
recruiting, on-court teaching techniques, scheduling and maintaining a competitive conference season, maintain NCAA standards, budget
management, fundraising, as well as promoting the sport throughout the University and local community. The Head Coach is responsible for all
aspect that relate to the sports program including the ongoing development of the student athlete, promoting their physical, academic, and
social growth in line with the mission and values of the University. The Head Coach is expected to serve as the public face of the program,
creating and maintaining a positive public image while recruiting and training student-athletes to compete at the highest level possible.
This position reports to the Director of Athletics and Recreation.
