Off-Campus Credit Manager Contract

Compensation Range:

$51,893.47 – $82,383.62

Position
Summary:

Coordinates off-campus courses at multiple sites for students unable to attend traditional on-campus
classes.
Coordinates student enrollment and registration. Assists in hiring instructors.

Job Duties:

• Develop
  and implement the class schedule for the MacDill site. Input data for HCC MacDill classes into the computer system.
• Hire part-time
  faculty to staff MacDill classes. Submit required documentation to HR. Evaluate transcripts.
• Supervise, plan, assign, schedule, and
  coordinate the work of the staff to ensure efficient operations. Evaluate the performance of the assigned staff.
• Ensure compliance
  with the Memorandum of understanding between the Air Force and HCC by maintaining a close working relationship with MacDill Education Center
  Services Officer.
• Coordinate efforts with other HCC offices to ensure smooth operations for students, office staff, and
  faculty.
• Maintain a current textbook list for MacDill classes.
• Handle and work to resolve routine staff and student concerns
  and complaints.
• Coordinate efforts with HCC publications to publish the HCC MacDill schedule.
• Process payroll for part-time
  faculty and monitor time sheets for office staff.
• Manage budget, ensuring that expenditures stay within budget
  parameters.
• Performs various organizational tasks, including filing, record keeping and attending meetings.
• Performs other
  similar and related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

The position requires at least a master’s
degree and at least three years of prior-related work experience.
