Job Description
The Credit Card Managerwillsupport the day-to-day operation of the Global Travel&Expenses. Virtual Cards and Meeting CardProgramfor the Middle East and Africaregion.In this position you will collaboratewith card providersand communicatewith internal and external customers.Responsibilitiesincludesthe end-to-end processto approve, trackand cancel Company Credit Cards in compliance with Company’s policies and procedures. Monitor all aspects of thecredit card activities andoutstandingbalances.You will also communicate frequently with management on credit risk and exposuresand participate in the implementation of products or services related with Credit Card Services.
What You’ll Do for Us:
- Ensure timely issuance, replacement and cancellation of Company credit cardswhich includes the CorporateCreditCards, Virtual Cards and Meeting Cards forourTCCC employees.Responsibility includes to approve and cancel Company Credit Cards in compliance with Company’s policies and procedures.
- Review and maintenance of card restrictions, credit limits, aging, reconciliations and resolving customer service issues in compliance with Company’s policies and procedures.
- Monitoring credit card activities, balances and follow-up with cardholder regarding outstanding open issues. Maintain positive relationships with customers and apply customer service skills in a manner that defuses -emotional- customer interactions in both a verbal and written context. Workthruourcasemanagement systemand elevate as needed to the appropriate team(s).
- Responsibleforreconciliations of Credit Card Providers to Concur and Credit Card Providers to G/L accounts. Responsible to analyze the reconciling items and take actions to resolve discrepancies. Involvement in projects as needed.
- Monitorkey performance metrics and provide direction andcommunication toupper management and associates.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of Credit or other relevant business finance experience
- Strong general accountingand reconciliationskills
- Excellent attention to detail and proven organizational skills
- Strong Excel skills, Ability to compare data from various data sources and identify inconsistencies or variances.
- Motivated, team-oriented, self-starter with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to interact successfully with all levels within the organization both domestic and international
- Inquisitive mind-setandstrong integrity and ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
