About the Role
As the Manager of IT Partnerships, you’ll lead a talented and diverse team of 7 full-time staff, as well as part-time on-call staff, contractors, and student workers. Your team will deliver tailored IT support and consultation services designed to meet the unique needs of our partners across departments, schools, and divisions.
In this role, you’ll champion secure, reliable technology services while overseeing a growing program focused on device management and solutions that empower campus partners to achieve their goals. You’ll cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with partners, ensuring they receive high-quality, customized IT services. You’ll also work closely with colleagues in shared IT service areas-such as Service Desk, Audio Visual Technologies, Infrastructure, and Identity and Access Management-and engage with peers in higher education and industry to advance best practices and standards for IT service delivery.
