Job Description
The Information Technology Support Specialist III
will report to the Executive Director of IT and is responsible for providing training, excellent customer service, and effective operation
of all aspects of user support on campus. The I.T. Support Specialist III is primarily responsible for overseeing the end-user experience of
faculty, staff, and students; training; desktop support; event and classroom technology support; computer setup and deployment; process
documentation; and invoices. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, customer-oriented, always willing to help, well-organized, and
detail-oriented.

Work Environment: Requires some physical effort,
i.e., some standing and walking, frequent light lifting (10 – 15 pounds), and manual dexterity in the operation of office equipment in which
manipulative skills and eye-hand coordination are essential ingredients of productive operations. Tasks may involve extended periods at a
keyboard and PC monitor. Perceptual demands for sound, form, texture, and depth.
