The Board of Directors consists of the Chairman, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, three Executive Directors, one Non-Executive Director, Heads of Departments and the Company Secretary. Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees
Preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
Providing training and counseling on policies and procedures
Administering payroll, benefits, and remuneration issues
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a BA / B.Sc Degree with 3 – 10 years experience.
