Description:
The Head Flag Football Coach instructs and trains student athletes in the fundamentals of Flag Football and provides guidance regarding student athlete academic success. The coach develops, recruits, and administers a competitive Flag Football program consistent with the student-athlete philosophy of NCAA Division III athletics. Coach is expected to develop, coordinate and manage an active recruitment and retention program for Flag Football student athletes. Assist with department operations, game day management, outside group coordination for rentals and overall operation of the athletic department.

Able to balance time effectively and efficiently between team and student-athletes needing assistance. Must also work autonomously toward department priorities with the safety of student athletes as a priority.
