Head Coach – Women’s Basketball Contract

The Athletic Department at Fisher College (Boston, Mass.), a National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) institution and
a member of the Continental Athletic Conference, is seeking qualified applicants for a part-time, stipend professional position for Head
Coach of Women’s Basketball.

Job Description Summary

The Head Women’s Basketball Coach will oversee
all aspects of the women’s basketball program, including but not limited to: teaching and refining skills and techniques, preparation of
daily practices and season plans, scheduling games and planning travel, motivating and monitoring teams’ academic success, and ordering
supplies and uniforms. A primary function of the position will be the recruitment and retention of qualified student-athletes. The
successful candidate will actively ensure compliance with all NAIA, Fisher College and Continental Athletic Conference rules and
regulations. This is a Part-Time position under the supervision of the Director of Athletics.

Essential Duties

• Develops, organizes and administers a competitive NAIA intercollegiate women’s basketball program. Works in
  conjunction with the Assistant Athletic Director to develop the Women’s Basketball schedule.
• Attending all practices and matches;
  providing on-court team strategy and individual skill development.
• Executes practice organization and implementation
• Works collaboratively with the Office of Admissions
• Monitors academic progress of student-athletes and develops and implements
  strategy for retention.
• Adheres to all College, NAIA and CAC policies and procedures and educate student-athletes about the same.
• Perform other duties as assigned that are appropriate for the position
