Job Summary:
As an Associate in this function you will act ETF Operations Platform QA Test Lead. Y In this pivotal role, you will support the Global ETF Testing Team, ensuring the seamless delivery of our ETF Servicing offerings.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage global client Joint User Acceptance Testing (JUAT)
- Lead ETF Platform release program QA testing
- Provide project management reporting with control focus mindset
- Build strong and collaborative relationships with internal & external Senior stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills with strategic approach to LOB development
- Partner with various Operations Teams, Technology, Product, Sales, Program Management
- Develop into a JP Morgan ETF Subject Matter Expert
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelors degree or higher
- ETF Operations Asset Servicing with 5+ years experience
- Knowledge of current ETF industry trends and understanding of ETF ecosystem
- Project Management skillset and ability to multitask
- Client service mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills with flexible approach to problem solving
- Ability to work in a results driven environment with critical focus on accuracy and attention to detail
