Simpson College seeks candidates for the position
of Director of Advancement Services & Technology. As a member of the Advancement leadership team this position provides
leadership and strategic direction for the operational infrastructure within the Office of College Advancement. The Director is
responsible for data-informed strategy development, CRM management, data reporting and analytics, oversight of gift recording, stewardship
and prospect research, and enforcement of data integrity and data security. The Director develops, facilitates and reinforces best practices
around operational and technical policies and procedures. The Director is a proven leader, mentor and collaborative colleague who is
comfortable spearheading major initiatives, managing growth and change and supporting the development of others.
