The Digital Marketing Manager is results-driven, innovative, and passionate about driving growth for a highly dynamic industry. This position will lead the design, strategy, and implementation of Taos Ski Valley’s online marketing efforts. Responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies, this position will increase brand awareness, drive engagement and web traffic, grow revenue, and enhance the guest experience through email, website, paid advertising, app messaging, and other digital channels. As a key member of our marketing team, this person will work closely with the Visual Brand Manager and the Resort Marketing Manager to develop content, design data-driven growth campaigns, and implement digital marketing strategies for Taos Ski Valley and all owned business units. Critical to this role will be cross-department collaboration, a data-driven mindset, and an innovative approach to solving problems.

Taos Ski Valley, Inc. is often a fast-paced work environment, especially during Holidays and Peak days. TSVI is in a high-altitude alpine environment. Position may require travel on uneven, snow-packed, or icy terrain and may be exposed to wet, cold, and/or humid conditions. Must be able to work in close quarters and with other staff.
Physical Demands of Position Include:
Must be able to work in hot and cold temperatures. Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to work at a computer for long periods of time.
Background Check:
Positions dealing with children, of safety-sensitive and/or confidential nature, require driving or positions that handle cash may require a background check and MVR check. Employment is contingent upon a favorable background check and MVR check.
