Customer Service Representative – Italian speaking

What will you be doing?
- Provide support for all customer inquiries via telephone and e-mail
- Documenting the results from conversation properly
- Service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Keep up to date on services, policies and processes to ensure implementation and accurate information
- Be independent in your tasks
