CLIENT DELIVERY EXECUTIVE

Mission:

Responsible for contract and project execution (in line with defined budget and planning) and coordinate key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Solution design and delivery, Customer management and People Management. Portfolio development: contribute and collaborate with the Head of portfolio to provide account best practices and solution demands for practice portfolio solutions.

• Delivery orchestrator and leader for integrated services

• Ensure discipline to drive success within 4 Service Delivery Management principles, i.e., Client Service Quality, Compliance & Security, Profitability Management and Capabilities Building

• Lead the Daily Service Review

• Profitability management ensuring cost and margin are in line with IBC and budget/forecast

• Proactive operational and contractual risk management

• SLA achievement

• Create a culture of continuous improvement, industrialization, and automation

• Interlocks with Client Partner CP to support client relationship management, fertilization and business growth

• Live your vision, led by example & inspire your teams to strive for excellence

• Accountability and E2E ownership of results

• Adopts a culture of quality, raising the bar from average to great

• Bring client centricity to Atos Delivery and advocates for the client

• Proactive mindset to fix out of line events before they become problems

• Improved overall service quality and E2E service experiences

• (Over)Achievement of OM at the bid model (IBC) and budget levels

• Compliant, secure and risk mitigated operations

• Consistent, predictable, and effective delivery driven by advances in innovation, automation and process discipline

• Higher overall service quality, reliability, and satisfaction

• Client environments and data are secure, compliant, and recoverable

• Client support of their customers is improved

• Improved throughput and ability to serve new demand

Minimum Relevant Experience:

Senior: 8-10 years

Lead a medium to large, moderately complex client operational environment of Atos service, managing a team of supporting SDMs, partners and international delivery teams working for different practices.

Serves on a larger engagement as a member of an account/service line SDM team.

Principal: 10+ years

Lead a larger, most complex, and strategic client operational environment delivering Atos service, managing a team of supporting SDMs, partners and international delivery teams.
