The Office of the Registrar is seeking an Associate Registrar of Registration and Scheduling Services to oversee the development of the course offerings schedule across all semesters and campuses. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive reviews of curriculum blocks and room availability to optimize classroom usage and support programs and cohorts. The Associate Registrar will identify potential gaps in course offerings and electives, providing solution-oriented recommendations to resolve discrepancies and conflicts in collaboration with the University Registrar, Deans, and Provost. Additionally, this role will manage the new student matriculation process, working closely with Admissions and the Associate Registrar for Curriculum Management to ensure accurate degree audits and catalog year assignments.
