Founded in 1971 and situated in the greater Las Vegas metropolitan area, the College of Southern Nevada is the most ethnically diverse college in Nevada and the first to receive the HSI designation. The College of Southern Nevada consistently seeks to strengthen the institution by adding the brightest and best available talent to our staff. This is a critical role and will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence.
The Assistant Director of Client Services (ADCS) at the College of Southern Nevada (CSN) will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations at all three main campuses: West Charleston, Henderson, and North Las Vegas. This role involves supervising, training, and evaluating staff to ensure exceptional customer service delivery. The (ADCS) will implement and standardize procedures to maintain consistent and high-quality student experience across all campuses, while also providing leadership and support to the customer service team.
This position will also oversee institutional reporting and assessment processes, analyzing data trends and presenting key insights to senior leadership for decision-making purposes as well as managing, in concert with the Registrar, unit goals and Team Wildly Important Goals (TWIGs), ensuring that the team remains aligned with strategic priorities and consistently meets established goals and deadlines through effective planning, monitoring, and execution.
Work location will change daily, with the North Las Vegas campus being the primary location of the ADCS’s office.
