Description:
The Degree Audit and Student Data Coordinator primary responsibility is to build and update degree audit
requirements, eligibility rules, and academic plan templates in the Workday Student software Mount Holyoke College is currently
implementing. This will involve translating each academic requirement of a major, minor, or other academic objective into the system, so
that the software can evaluate a student’s record, calculate which degree requirements have been completed, and record how each requirement
has been met.
An ideal candidate for this position will collaborate with others to determine the fine points of degree requirements,
define them within the system, test for accuracy, and then ensure sign-off from academic departments. The Student Data Coordinator/Degree
Audit Specialist should set standards, develop best practices, and document work to ensure its continued maintenance and success beyond the
initial implementation project.
