New Jersey’s academic health center, Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (RBHS) takes an integrated approach to educating students, providing clinical care, and conducting research, all with the goal of improving human health. Rutgers School of Health Professions (SHP) is seeking a Administrative Coordinator to work in the Enrollment Services Department.
The Student Affairs and Registrar Services Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) and Registrar Office. This position coordinates administrative operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include providing primary administrative support to senior leadership, managing events and programs, maintaining critical records and systems, and offering guidance on policies and procedures. Additionally, this coordinator will oversee the maintenance and updates of the academic calendar and student handbook, ensuring accuracy and consistency in institutional policies and procedures.
