Founded in 1947, Baltimore City Community College (BCCC) is comprehensive, urban institution accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. The College’s campus is located in West Baltimore and courses are offered throughout the City. Chief Information Officer
Description/Job Summary
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is responsible for management and oversight of all administrative and academic technology services provided to students, faculty and staff. BCCC is looking for a highly skilled, highly motivated senior Information Technology (IT) leader to help usher in a significant technology refresh and to install practices for running IT operations at the College.
The CIO works collaboratively with the Cabinet and provides institution-wide vision, leadership and strategic direction in the planning, implementation, management, and operation of information technology to advance the goals of the College. The CIO reports directly to the President and serves as the College’s senior advisor on matters related to information technology.
