Description

Committed coach who is aligned with New College of Florida’s
mission and the soccer program to assist with the varsity program and to build a Reserve program in partnership with the Head Men’s Coach
and Director of Athletics. 

The annual salary will be compensated $12,500 per semester. 

Examples
of Duties

Assist the Head Coach in every aspect of the program

Manage recruitment database
Recruit
and retain student-athletes
Design practice and game planning execution for VR team
Facilitating regular VR practices for both
sessions
Scheduling VR games for Fall and Spring seasons
Coordinating game schedules for the VR team and assisting the Varsity
team
Manage budget and logistics for VR team
Equipment management
Video analysis
Other duties as
assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Associate or Bachelors

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of coaching at club, high school, and/or college
level
