General Responsibilities
The Athletic & Fitness Center is seeking a Head Soccer Coach for the Women’s Team. This coach will be responsible for overall operation of an athletic program in a community college setting. Responsible for coaching, staff development, and recruitment of student-athletes.
Work Performed
Develop team roster, practices, performance strategies, travel itineraries, and budget, in keeping with NJCAA rules and regulations, the Maryland JUCO conference, and Region 20. Must be available to attend all team functions, including practices, meets, departmental meetings and events.
Minimum Education Required: High School or equivalent
Other Knowledge Required
High school diploma/GED required. Previous coaching experience at the college, high school or club level required. Willingness to adhere to HCC vaccination testing or data submission program required. Willingness and experience supporting the student-athlete required.
