In alignment with Chestnut Hill College’s mission to provide a holistic educational experience, the Head Coach, in collaboration with the
Director of Athletics, holds primary responsibility for planning, organizing, directing, supervising, and implementing the duties and
functions of the sports program. The Head Coach is expected to work closely with all stakeholders to uphold the philosophy and objectives of
the intercollegiate athletic program. The Head Coach reports directly to the Director of Athletics
