Summary:
The Assistant Track and Field Coach supports the head coach in
the coaching duties of the NCAA D-III Track and Field program in accordance and compliance with NCAA, North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC)
and The College of Wooster policies and regulations. The assistant coach position will also participate in all aspects of recruitment,
training of student-athletes, and the total organization and administration of the program, as assigned. Additionally, this position serves
as the Intramural Sports Coordinator with the responsibility to oversee and coordinate the intramural sports program during the academic
year.
