Title: Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach
Position Purpose:
The Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach is
a 12-month position working in the Department of Athletics. This
position is responsible for supporting and coordinating all aspects of
women’s lacrosse, providing significant
contributions to the development of student athletes through mentorship, guidance, leadership
opportunities,
community building, and a commitment to social justice. This position is also responsible for the
administration of
all phases of varsity intercollegiate athletics with guidelines from Bates College, the NCAA,
and NESCAC including, compliance,
scheduling competitions, travel planning, data management, practice
scheduling, and roster management.
