Senior Manager Luxury Fashion Sales Part Time

To drive profitable and sustainable market share growth with the Luxury Fashion Channel Franchise accounts in APAC and lead the communication with internal and external key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Owns the account’s Net Sales budget, orderbook building and conversion
  • • Manage the full sales process from previews to sell out of the assigned accounts
    • Develop strategic account plans in collab with line manager and account
    • identify Key Business/Growth Drivers (KBD) and develop projects and activities in partnership with market teams to grow/maximize our business, and to improve a profitable relationship
    • Manage all commercial discussion and agreements with accounts i.e. Trade Terms, SWB, MWB
• Owns the sell-out activation
  • • Drive sell out via formalized Account Marketing Plans jointly with Senior Account Marketing Manager and line manager
    • Monitors and acts upon the sell-out and stock in trade to re-fill or push faster sell-out
• Monitor, analyze and report on the assigned Accounts on a regular basis to pro-actively manage all business KPIs linked to the account base
  • • Ensure a constant communication flow about status of tools (e.g. Global Account Reporting, Relevant Playbooks), Drive LFS x Market communication and collaboration regarding the account base to ensure one brand strategy with the accounts
  • Franchise store Development
    • In collaboration with the LFS DTC team support the creation of an omni-channel marketplace blueprint for the APAC region
    • Support the creation of all relevant documentation for the opening of new franchise store in partnership with the LFS DTC team and global finance
    • Identify new franchise partners for the APAC region to ensure a balanced partnership portfolio
    • Lead the Franchise partner interaction model with relevant global teams
    • Define the key enablers needed to drive accelerated growth within the franchise network in APAC

• Mentor juniors in the team and act as a team player and collaborate with other project team members

• Individual T&E budget management

Key Relationships:

• Buyers (across, accounts), LFS team, Cluster fashion sales teams for assigned account (s) Key City teams, Account Marketing, Sales Development, Customer Service, Credit Management, Finance, Statement above Market team and relevant global BU’s

• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Sales Manager with proven track record of success
• Strong interpersonal skills (e.g. communication, negotiation)
• Proven methodological skills (e.g. business planning, strategic development)
• Broad and deep functional skills (e.g. Sales, Customer Service, Finance, IT)
• High degree of commercial and business acumen knowledge
• Extensive knowledge of the adidas Group business along with significant industry experience
• Mental flexibility, initiative and determination
• Fluent in written and spoken English is a must. Skills and abilities in another language are a benefit
• Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• Degree in business administration with focus on Sales/Marketing
• Business: minimum 5+ years
• Functional: minimum 2+ years’ experience in sales, ideally in the fashion industry
• Cross-functional experience ideally with marketing / sales / finance
• Industry: sporting goods / retail / consumer goods
