Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors or finishes.
Apply paint, stain, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths or tape.
Inspect and retouch completed work for quality assurance.
Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas.
Skills & Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / FSLC / NCE / OND or SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 2 – 10 years work experience.
Knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
Ability to use various painting tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Physical stamina and dexterity for long periods of work.
Familiarity with safety guidelines and procedures.
Experience:
Previous painting experience preferred but not always required.
On-the-job training may be provided.
