Job Description:

The School of Health Sciences seeks qualified candidates for the
position of Assistant or Associate Professor in the Department of Nursing in the Master’s (MS) and NEW Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Program. Both the Pre-licensure (BS) and Graduate (Master’s and Post Master’s) are registered with the NYSED and are accredited by
Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).

This position is a full-time appointment for the Graduate and Doctor of Nursing
Practice focusing on Research Theory and Research Expertise in Nursing Research Project development, analysis and dissemination at the
Master’s and Doctoral Level. Experience includes online research theory teaching including research advisement, and in addition, service and
professional accomplishment responsibilities, in accord with the Boyer Model of Scholarship. This position requires a proven track record of
Teaching and Healthcare Research. Depending on experience and credentials, the candidate may be eligible for a tenure track position.

Responsibilities:

Graduate and Doctoral Teaching and Research Project development, analysis and dissemination at
the Master’s and Doctoral level; student advising, and conduct and publication of scholarly research. In addition, this position provides
service to the department, college and profession. 

The estimated base academic year salary range for this position is
$63,000- $65,000 commensurate with experience.
