The Job
In ABM and Sales Enablement, your mission is to create content and campaigns that drive direct engagement with our customer accounts and target accounts. Working collaboratively with the Customer Success and Account Management team, you will collaborate on opportunities for personalised (1-2-1), semi-personalised (1-2-few) and at scale (CS Campaigns) engagements with our customers.
You will produce content that addresses multiple stakeholders within the buying committee, clearly explaining how PriceBeam’s products can alleviate their pain points. Many of our clients are in the FMCG industry, so knowledge about the industry and challenges FMCG companies experience especially from a pricing point of view is definitely a plus.
You will continuously adapt and refine your content to changes in the industry, news, time of the year and organisational goals, maintaining flexibility to ensure sustained success. You need to be comfortable getting stuck into account research and collaborating closely with our CS team to identify the messaging and content most likely to resonate with our customers. It’s important that you are a keen content creator, have a bias for action, are deeply curious, and enjoy a lot of collaboration.
